Parking Passes

Off-campus guests will need a parking pass if they arrive between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. To request a parking pass please see your student organization's Advisor.

Loading and Unloading for the ÈËÆÞÉÙ¸¾×¨Çø Center

The designation location to load and unload supplies for the ÈËÆÞÉÙ¸¾×¨Çø Center is the loading dock off of Library Road.

• Do not block the loading dock with vehicles, it is used by multiple buildings.
• You must put on your hazard lights while at the dock or on the road to the dock.
• You must move your vehicle immediately upon completion of load or unload.
  • Vehicles cannot remain at the loading dock during events or while servicing Wilson Commons and must be relocated.
• Unload by parking off to the right side of the road into the loading dock area by the ramp.
  • For Wilson Commons, enter by coming up the ramp and through Graham Smith Plaza (the courtyard between Wilson Commons and Frederick Douglass Commons).
  • For Frederick Douglass Commons, enter the building to the right of the loading dock.
• Parking permits can be obtained for approved parking lots. Permits are required on weekdays from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Permits can also be purchased at the Information Booth at the Elmwood entrance to campus.
