This simple check box dictates if the footer component will be enabled or disabled.

Internal or External
  • Internal:聽If the footer component will only be used on the specific site, the internal option is the way to go. This will create a footer component only throughout the current website.
  • External:聽If the footer component is helpful across multiple websites, the external option is the way to go.
Title

A title for the component can be simply added to the title field to give some context to the footer.

Menu

The main links for the footer component are added using a menu. A menu must be created before it can be added to the component. If a menu has already been created, adding one is as simple as selecting the correct menu from the drop-down.

Please note that the title of the menu does matter. This will be displayed as a subheading for all the links in the menu.
