According to the to all USAID contracting and agreement officers and implementing partners:
USAID is pausing all new obligations of funding.
USAID is immediately issuing stop-work orders to suspend existing awards. Following their review of programs, USAID will communicate decisions related to whether an award will be continued, modified, or terminated.
Guidance for faculty
Faculty with USAID funds will have received a direct notice to pause studies until further notice.
