Dewey Hall—Learning Center Access During Construction

This map provides a visual layout of Dewey Hall, showing key access points and room locations within the Learning Center. It is designed to guide individuals navigating during construction or modified building access conditions.

Entrances and exits:

  • Museum door entrance (from small orchard on Hoyt Hall side): This is a primary entry point. Arrows indicate the walking path into the building and down the hall toward the Learning Center.
  • Fire door (exit only): Located between rooms 1-160B and 1-160C, this door is for emergency exit use only and does not allow entry.

Learning Center and room layout:

  • The Learning Center front desk is located between the Learning Center side entrance and the fire door.
  • The Study Zone is located adjacent to rooms 1-160 C, D, and DA.

Directional flow:

  • Green arrows indicate the one-way walking paths throughout the hall to facilitate smooth and safe navigation during construction.
  • Enter through the museum entrance door, turn right at the end of the hallway, then another right through the Learning Center side entrance.
  • The Learning Center front desk is on the left, and the Study Zone is straight ahead at the end of the hall.
