Marshall and Rhodes Scholarships ÈËÆÞÉÙ¸¾×¨Çø Endorsement Timelines

Please be advised that before we nominate you or endorse your candidacy for a fellowship competition, we will perform a conduct and academic honesty check to confirm that you are in good disciplinary and academic standing.

All deadlines are 11:59 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Earlier submissions are encouraged.

Marshall 2025-26 ÈËÆÞÉÙ¸¾×¨Çø Due Dates

Spring: Submit Prospective Applicant Form and resume and have initial meeting with director of fellowships by April 1st of application year to discuss potential candidacy.

June 30: Submit , followed by meeting with director of fellowships to discuss profile and application development. Already submitted an FPQ? If it has been more than two academic semesters since you completed your FPQ, please submit the .

July 28: Submit

July 30: Submit initial draft of official application (with essays) through Marshall online application system, then contact Student Fellowships Office to schedule meeting with Director of Fellowships.

August 20: Submit essays for internal committee review process. Consult Fellowships Director for further details.

August 20: Have all recommendation letters* submitted via our secure . for internal review committee. Inform recommenders that letters are needed for the campus committee review/nomination process.
*Recommendation letter files should be named according to this format: Student Last Name_Fellowship Name_Recommender Last Name (e.g., Smith_Marshall Scholarship_Jones)

September: ÈËÆÞÉÙ¸¾×¨Çø nomination interview in early September.

September 14: If nominated, resubmit complete, finalized application through Marshall online application system.

Recommenders should also submit their letters via the Marshall system by this date.

Rhodes 2025-26 ÈËÆÞÉÙ¸¾×¨Çø Due Dates

September 29: If nominated, resubmit complete, finalized application through Rhodes online application system.Please also submit your final Rhodes online application via our .
